Roman-Style Pizza by the Slice
Our Roman-style pizza is handcrafted from a slow-fermented dough made with premium Italian Caputo and Petra flours, creating a light, crisp, and airy base. Topped with sweet, rich, and naturally balanced San Marzano Tomatoes D.O.P, fresh seasonal produce, and high-quality deli ingredients, each slice is layered with flavour and authenticity.
Baked fresh throughout the day, it’s perfect for those moments when you’re after something simple, satisfying, and crafted with soul.
Focaccia

Our focaccia is made using a traditional recipe that honours the rustic flavours of Italy. With premium flour, extra virgin olive oil, and a slow fermentation process, each slice is baked to golden perfection — crisp on the outside, soft and airy within.
Topped with cherry tomatoes and oregano, or Sicilian green olives and rosemary — and always finished with delicate sea salt flakes — it's a true celebration of simplicity done right.

We serve quality coffee using Mosaic Retreat – a signature Lavazza blend, crafted and roasted in Melbourne, for Melbourne.
Made from Brazilian Santos (40%), Colombian Excelso (40%), and Indian Kaapi Royal (20%), it offers a rich, full-bodied flavour designed for local coffee lovers.
